CLIMB

    Under our previous Superintendent, Dr. Rick E Bagley, we began utilizing the CLIMB metaphor for teaching, learning, and educational leadership in our work as both teachers and learners.  CLIMB has continued to have such meaning and purpose for us that we are continuing its usage.  As we CLIMB, we expand our perspective and continue to use flexibility, a growth mindset, adaptability, ingenuity, perseverance, and creativity in enhancing and improving our student and staff focus on equity, instruction, mental health, and social emotional practices.
